Hi! I'm Isa. I am a Virginia Beach Master Gardener who likes to help people make their landscapes look fabulous! I’ve been involved with the volunteer gardening community since 2000. Since then, I've been frequently asked by neighbors and people walking by my home if I could help them with their landscape design.

For my volunteer work, I currently spend time at the VA Tech Agriculture Center on Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach with the Bog Display Gardens.

I have a lifelong passion for gardening. I can remember as a child there were people that influenced me with their desire to share the knowledge and love they had for gardening.

My experience has also come from planning and designing my personal gardens. Being the wife of a retired military officer, I have had the opportunity of planning and designing 6 gardens in multiple regions of the country. Two of these gardens were in southern California and the remaining four here in Hampton Roads.

The residential landscapes I have created have won Notable yards in the city of Chesapeake, Virginia in 2001 and most recently the Chesapeake Beach Pride in Community, fall 2008.

I have also provided consulting to assist in creating beautiful outdoor spaces and garden rooms. I thoroughly enjoy landscape planning and design with what the client has in mind.
